i feel a deep guilt for posting this
because i do not have a couple thousand
bucks, and i do so wish i did.

i'm not posting this to feel dignified.

i love HB and i have been a loyal poster
here for almost 2 years.
(ok... 1.5 years)
like jobs that i have, i tend to remain
stubbornly loyal to places i like and
will argue with a tree about it.

what i especially hate, is wanting so bad
to help... and being so restrained in doing so.
perhaps this is the reason for this post.

i feel so prompted deep down.
i have even given much thought as to how
i could do SOMEthing to help.
i guess i just feel useless.
not to mention nameless in the big whirl that is HB.

i want so badly to do something, and i simply can't.

for this i feel shame.

How about a Guilty Conscious Contest? Anybody who CAN donate lists their name(s) in the donation-tally space on HBs main page, and rubs it in the faces of everybody who hasn't donated?
